FOR ASSISTANCE RETURNING PARTS, PLEASE CALL (888) 743-8121 PRIOR TO ALL RETURNS
- Parts are warrantied for 90 days after delivery
- An authorization number MUST be obtained prior to returning all parts
- All returns after 45 days of delivery are subject to a 25% restock fee
- Chemicals WILL NOT be considered for return due to federal regulations
- Installed items that are not defective will not be considered for return
- Defective parts must be returned by customer for inspection and testing prior to replacement or refund
At this time we do not process cancellations online. If you would like
to cancel an order that you have already placed, please contact our Customer
Care (888) 743-8121 for assistance.
Since ThermoSpas representatives are located nationwide, we have to carefully
follow the many federal, state and local tax codes when purchases are
made at our online store. By law we are required to collect the appropriate
state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the shipment.
Some states also require that we charge sales tax on shipping and/or handling
charges. These taxes will be calculated during checkout and displayed
to you before submitting your order.
