How Do I Qualify for Super Saver shipping?

  • Place over $90 of eligible ThermoSpas products in your Shopping Cart.*
    Eligible items are indicated as such on their product detail pages.
  • Proceed to checkout.
  • Ship your items to a single U.S. address.
  • Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!**
* If you qualify for Super Saver Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.

** Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address might affect your order's eligibility for Super Saver Shipping.


How will My Items Be Shipped?

Your items will be sent one of three ways:
  • Most orders can be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). These items are counted towards our Super Saver shipping program. Eligible items are indicated as such on their product detail pages.
  • There are a few large or heavy items that require shipping by common carrier. These items do carry a freight surcharge which will be displayed in your shopping cart. Eligible items are indicated as such on their product detail pages.
  • Some larger items such as Bar Counters and Towel Warmer Compartments will be delivered and installed by ThermoSpas – the price for delivery and installation is included in the Item Price. Eligible items are indicated as such on their product detail pages.
