At the Thermospas Customer Care Department, we have 6 full time staff members available to answer your questions.  Whether you are seeking help by phone or online, we are dedicated to being available to our customers and helping answer any questions that they may have.  In fact, our Customer Care Department representatives offer:

  • Training in hot tub water chemistry, chemicals, and troubleshooting
  • A great deal of knowledge that is developed through our intensive training program
