I'm having trouble placing my order on this site. Help!
You may reach a Customer Care Representative by calling (800) 876-0158. Customer Care is available to answer your call Mondays - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm; and Saturdays, 9 am to 1 pm.

You may also email us at orders@thermospas.com. We will respond to your email as quickly as possible, during business hours.

How can I cancel an order I've already placed?
At this time we do not process cancellations online. If you would like to cancel an order that you have already placed, please contact our Customer Care (800) 876-0158, for assistance.

How do I return an item I've received?
Due to federal regulations, we cannot take back any chemicals after they are shipped. Non-chemical items can be returned within 90 days as long as they are in re-sellable condition and are in the original box with manuals. Please call our Customer Care Department at (800) 876-0158, for a Return Authorization Number and write it on the address label of the package being returned. No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number.

Where can I find information about purchasing a hot tub?

Check out our Dr. Bob section where you can find the answers to the frequently asked questions on maintenance, safety and product service in.You can even submit your own questions if you don't find what you are looking for.

Why am I being charged Sales Tax when I purchase online?
Because ThermoSpas representatives are located nationwide, we are required by law to collect the appropriate state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the shipment. Some states also require that we charge sales tax on shipping and/or handling charges. These taxes will be calculated during checkout and displayed to you before submitting your order.

How will my order be shipped?
Your items will be sent one of three ways:

  • Most orders can be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). These items are counted towards our Super Saver shipping program. Eligible items are indicated as such on their product detail pages.
  • There are a few large or heavy items that require shipping by common carrier. These items do carry a freight surcharge which will be displayed in your shopping cart. Eligible items are indicated as such on their product detail pages.
  • Some larger items such as Bar Counters and Towel Warmer Compartments will be delivered and installed by ThermoSpas – the price for delivery and installation is included in the Item Price. Eligible items are indicated as such on their product detail pages.
