Ordering Policy Our online
store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can shop when it is
convenient for you. Simply follow the easy registration instructions. Benefits

assistance from one of our Customer Care Representatives. As they process
your order, our staff of trained personnel can answer any questions you
may have. They will also be able to offer suggestions on related products.
Customer Care is available to answer your
call Monday 9am-9pm; Tuesday-Friday, 9am-8pm; and Saturdays, 9am-3pm.
Return Policy
Due to federal regulations, we cannot take back any chemicals after they
are shipped. Please make sure that you order the correct products for
your system.
Non-chemical items can be returned within 90 days as long as they are
in re-sellable condition and are in the original box with manuals. No
returns will be accepted without a prior Return Authorization Number from
our Customer Care Department. Please call (800)
876-0158 for an RMA number and write it on the address label
of the package being returned.
Cancellation Policy
At this time we do not process cancellations online. If you would like
to cancel an order that you have already placed, please contact our Customer
Care (800) 876-0158 for assistance.
Tax Policy
Since ThermoSpas representatives are located nationwide, we have to carefully
follow the many federal, state and local tax codes when purchases are
made at our online store. By law we are required to collect the appropriate
state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the shipment.
Some states also require that we charge sales tax on shipping and/or handling
charges. These taxes will be calculated during checkout and displayed
to you before submitting your order.
